National Park Service announces Teacher-Ranger-Teacher openings
Fort Matanzas and Castillo de San Marcos National Monuments are currently accepting applicants for the Teacher-Ranger-Teacher program, according to an announcement received by Historic City News this week.

At about 11:00 p.m. last night, the occupied residence of City Commissioner Nancy Sikes-Kline was fire-bombed according to a report received by Historic City News today. Nancy and Roger Sikes-Kline, their son and four of his friends were inside the home.
When Historic City News readers think of “perks”, they think of rewards paid in private businesses to executives who have earned them by exceeding profits or some other measurable goal.
