Flagler College Art Professor, Catherine McFarland, announced to Historic City News that the fall 2013 Community Lecture Series will kick off with an examination of the art inherent in the Hotel Ponce de Leon on September 17.

Council on Aging Program Assistant, Janet Minner, reported to Historic City News that all three St Johns County Council on Aging senior centers have entered the “National Senior Wii Bowling Tournament”.
Marci Larson reported to Historic City News that the North Florida Transportation Planning Organization has scheduled a public meeting on Thursday, August 29, in the Alcazar Room of City Hall located at 75 King Street, to review location options and preferences for a multimodal transportation center in the St Augustine area.
Keith Dunn, Field Coordinator of the John Birch Society, will be speaking at the Saint Augustine Tea Party meeting on Tuesday, August 27th, according to an announcement received by Historic City News today.
