Media Relations Officer Kevin Kelshaw has informed Historic City News that robbery detectives are searching for a man who was caught on video as he robbed a RaceTrac convenience store night manager, at gunpoint, at 2:20 a.m. yesterday morning.
Sometimes the hype is greater than the bang, such was the case for many festival goers attending last weekend’s Bacon Nation Festival at Francis Field in St Augustine. I was excited for the chance to shake hands with the bacon lady, but overall, it left me limp.

As Historic City News in St Augustine saw, and reported, last month; St Johns County’s abusive and unacceptably overpaid administration has realized that they are in jeopardy of losing their choke-hold on the sock-puppets on the Board of County Commissioners who they have under their control.
