When the steering committee for the Lincolnville Community Redevelopment Area holds its meeting on Tuesday, October 13th, Historic City News has learned that residents who attend will learn more about the process of obtaining clear title to their property.

Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.

On the agenda for Thursday afternoon’s meeting of the Historic Architectural Review Board in St Augustine was an Opinion of Appropriateness and Certificate of Demolition for the Santa Maria Restaurant, closed since its sale to White’s Wharf LLC.
