Historic City News has learned that VISIT FLORIDA, the state’s official source for travel planning, has awarded marketing and tourism education grants to the Friends of A1A for the 2009-2010 Fiscal Year, which began July 1, 2009.

On 4th of July weekend my wife and I took our out-of-town guests to La Pentola at 58 Charlotte Street, St. Augustine, Florida for Sunday Brunch. It was a beautiful day, so we took advantage of their very attractive courtyard and dined al fresco.
