Communications Director Jay Humphreys with the St. Augustine Visitors and Convention Bureau updated Historic City News on this weekend’s entertainment events including the Greek Landing Day celebration.

Liz Daube reported to Historic City News that students from St. Augustine’s sister city – Aviles, Spain – are getting a chance to use their art restoration skills on Flagler College’s historic dining hall this summer.

Historic City News was informed today that Henrietta Wilson (left), a server at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, and Lynda Brown, a history teller at St. Augustine’s Old Jail, have been named as St. Johns County’s “2009 Tourism Employees of the Year”.
