The St. Johns Cultural Council has reported to Historic City News that on Monday, July 27, 2009, the doors will open and buffet dinner will start at 6:00 p.m. for the popular “Dinner and a Movie” hosted at Gypsy Cab.

A pilot and one passenger aboard an experimental aircraft have suffered fatal injuries when the plane they were flying crashed about 30-40 yards into the woods; approximately 1/10th of a mile off of SR 13 near River Town.
As Animal Control and the Pet Center reached the half-way point in the calendar year, they have seen a sizable increase in service demands compared to the previous year according to County Administrator Michael Wanchick.
