Florida State Parks are admission free for Veterans Day
In honor of Veterans Day, Historic City News readers will receive free entry for everyone at Florida’s state parks, including Fort Mose, on Tuesday, November 11. The Florida Park Service encourages residents and visitors to celebrate veterans and active military personnel by bringing them to one of the 171 state parks and trails to enjoy outdoor activities.

Heart has never been a band that shied away from its musical influences of the 1970s and it performed a brilliant mix of cover tunes interspersed with its own mega-hits that kept a sold-out crowd on their feet most of the soggy evening last night at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.
