New World in the Eyes of Explorers Exhibit
This intriguing exhibit of images of the New World and its indigenous peoples and animals provide a fascinating look at the first encounter between the peoples of the Old World and the New World – an epic event that changed the world forever. Jon Burpee informed local Historic City News reporters that, on November 23th, the National Park Service will host an evening that will bring the historic timeline of the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to life.
The North Pole Telephone Company reported to Historic City News in St Augustine that, in cooperation with the St Johns County Recreation and Parks Department, any local parents or guardians of children under the age of eight can sign up now to have Santa call their child at home this Christmas season.
