Historic City News has learned that detectives with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office have made an arrest in connection with the alleged abduction of a Ponte Vedra Beach woman a week ago this past Friday.


Historic City News has learned that detectives with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office have made an arrest in connection with the alleged abduction of a Ponte Vedra Beach woman a week ago this past Friday.

Kevin Kelshaw reported to Historic City News that detectives with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office are seeking a white male subject for questioning in connection with the alleged abduction of a Ponte Vedra Beach woman that occurred last Friday.

Sgt. Chuck Mulligan reported to Historic City News that along with St. Johns County Marine Rescue, the Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of the 1100 block of Ponte Vedra Boulevard, regarding an apparent drowning incident around 4:00 p.m. yesterday.

The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office updated Historic City News on their continuing search into the disappearance and whereabouts of Quinn Hanna Gray who did not return home Friday night to her Ponte Vedra Residence.

In accordance with Florida State Statute 775.21, this news release will serve as public notification that the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office has been provided information that a person judged to be a sexual predator is residing in St. Johns County.

Sgt. Chuck Mulligan reported to Historic City News that detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Property Crimes Section are asking for your help in identifying a burglary suspect who was caught on surveillance video.
The State Attorneys office announced Thursday to Historic City News that no one will be charged in the fatal boating accident that happened along the Intracostal Waterway near Palm Valley in April.
