Public Affairs Director Klare Ly, from the Office of State Attorney RJ Larizza, reported to Historic City News that at 9:00 a.m. Thursday and Friday, March 29 and 30th, George Robert Lightkep, Jr., will face capital felony charges of sexual battery on a child less than 12 years-old.
