Surrender the booty – pirates pillage town
Yesterday, Francis Field was awash with re-enactors, living historians and casual pirates from across the seven seas — joining local Historic City News reporters, the crews of the Black Heart and Ancient City Privateers celebrating the Golden Age of Piracy.

Over the past 72 hours, detectives investigating the disappearance of 34 year-old Rebecca Ann Ware who was last seen in St. Johns County on October 29, 2010, have reported to Historic City News that they have developed new information and gathered additional evidence in the case.
Historic City News has learned that two separate armed robberies are under investigation at this hour by detectives with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office — who tell local reporters that the incidents are likely connected.
