Daylight Savings Time affects water restrictions
The City of St. Augustine alerted local news reporters that with the return to daylight saving time on Sunday, March 14th, landscape irrigation will be allowed up to two days a week, after 4:00 p.m. and before 10:00 a.m., throughout St. Johns County.
