Civil rights artifact remains in City

St. Johns County Sheriff David B. Shoar told Historic City News that the authentic, original fingerprint card taken in 1964 from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., at the time of his arrest, will remain in St. Augustine, over some objections.

Sgt. Chuck Mulligan reported to Historic City News that traffic homicide investigators with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle traffic crash with fatalities last night on CR-13 South — near Cow Pen Branch Road.
