Flagler County Sheriff James L Manfre told Historic City News that the third of four men accused of kidnapping and committing sexual assault against a Flagler County woman has surrendered to authorities and the hunt is intensifying for the remaining suspect.
St. Johns County Tax Collector Dennis W. Hollingsworth, CFC, is alerting all Historic City News readers to be watching their mailboxes as local property tax bills were sent via email and snail-mail yesterday, October 31st. All payments can be made, effective immediately.
Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
Christina Langston, Director of Community Relations for the St Johns County School District, reported to Historic City News that fifty individuals, born around the world in 48 different countries, will assemble next week to recite the “Pledge of Allegiance” — their final step in becoming United States citizens.
