Public Works Deputy Director, Todd Grant, reported to Historic City News that the City of St Augustine will hold an open house meeting on Thursday, February 27, to discuss conceptual plans for the upcoming South Dixie Highway construction project.

Since it was created, March 30, 2009, many Historic City News readers have commented that the St Augustine 450th Commemoration Commission has been substantially invisible to city residents and taxpayers.
February 18th was the first Tri-Talent Musical Theater class for ages 9-14. The instructor, Lindsay Gray, brought her younger daughter who participated with the older children, and the experiment went very well.
