Letter: Update on legal appeal of 7-Eleven

Thank you so much for your generous contributions to date! The filing of the appeal and the sufficiency hearing on legal standing were a whirlwind of activity! We have a quasi-judicial hearing coming up on January 15; so now while I have a minute I will provide you all with a recap of what has happened so far and what we can expect going forward.

Its election time again
The Special Primary Election for Florida Senate District 6, Florida House District 17 and District 24, will be held on January 27, 2015. The Special General Election will be held on April 7, 2015 and candidates are already lining up for the high stakes game of musical chairs precipitated by Florida Senator John Thrasher’s decision to resign his newly re-elected seat to accept the position as President of Florida State University.
