Floridians ask President to issue pipeline permit

Associated Industries of Florida, with its partner Consumer Energy Alliance, submitted 24,283 public comments to federal officials from Florida residents supporting the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline; pointing out that the new pipeline would boost jobs, as well as alleviate price spikes caused by cold weather and overseas turmoil.

The City of St. Augustine’s contribution to the 50th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and the 2014 Commemoration is the Journey: 450 Years of the African-American Experience exhibition and citywide Journey Passport program, according to Dana Ste.
