Historic City News was informed that one lane of Woodlawn Avenue is closed due to a single-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian.
St Johns County deputies and emergency vehicles are in the area of Woodlawn Avenue west of Lewis Speedway. The investigation is continuing. Check back for updates later today.
As Historic City News readers prepare to take out their constitutional rights and give them a little exercise in the next couple of weeks, some great activity ideas have been shared with the office by fellow citizen watchdogs who are participating in “Sunshine Week” March 16th – 22nd, 2014.
Historic City News has learned more about the owner’s plans for the property known as “Flagler Crossing” on San Sebastian View at US-1, where clearing and land preparation has been underway for several months. The parcel involved is immediately south of the St Johns County Administrative Palace, west of the Florida East Coast Railway tracks.
