Kids are very perceptive, and in northeast Florida they know smoking is gross and dangerous. They know secondhand smoke is harmful and they do not want to breathe it in. We field a lot of questions from kids on where people are allowed to smoke.


Martha Graham, Public Works Director for the City of St Augustine, has informed local Historic City News reporters that, effective immediately, a new program has been launched to improve customer service for right-of-way permitting; promising a speedier, over-the-counter process.
