Historic City News was informed that 35-year-old Sean Douglas Stern, a former traveling soccer coach with ties in Flagler County and statewide, was arrested Thursday by the US Marshal Service in Tacoma, Washington and charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation as an authority figure of a school.
