Entertainment for Memorial Day weekend
St. Augustine Visitors and Convention Bureau Communications Director Jay Humphreys informed St. Johns County entertainment reporters at Historic City News that local entertainment will abound this three-day holiday weekend.











In what has become a lightning rod for controversy, Historic City News has received a letter from First America Foundation Chairman Don Wallis, which was sent to the somewhat clandestine Board of Directors of that organization; indicating that the search for an Executive Director is on, again.
According to a report released to Historic City News reporters yesterday, Florida ranks as the “most dangerous state for pedestrians” and is also home to the top four “worst cities for pedestrian safety”.
Historic City News readers are being notified of the following Memorial Day schedule for various St. Augustine and St. Johns County government facilities.
Historic City News crime patrol reporters have received word that four South Florida men have been charged in connection with several home burglaries that occurred in Palm Coast; however, they may be responsible for others throughout the state.
