Vilano Beach Bridge gets $1.4 million in repairs

A Florida Department of Transportation spokesperson has confirmed to Historic City News reporters that vehicular traffic on the Vilano Beach Bridge will continue uninterrupted while $1.4 million in repairs are completed over the next few months.

K-9 tracking dogs credited with foiling burglar’s escape

Kevin Kelshaw, Media Relations Officer for the St Johns County Sheriff’s Office, informed local Historic City News reporters that deputies arrested two local men earlier today after K-9 tracking dogs located them. They were in possession of property stolen in a residential burglary that occurred yesterday evening.
