St. Johns County has announced to Historic City News that the Usina Boat Ramp on Euclid Avenue in Vilano Beach will reopen on Saturday, April 25, after a three-week closure for construction improvements.
Historic City News has learned that an endangered leatherback sea turtle nest has been deposited outside the conservation area on Vilano Beach — north of the Surfside beach access ramp.
