Brittany Kershaw informed local Historic City News reporters Friday that a Palm Coast man has been arrested in Knoxville, Tennessee and he is in the process of extradition back to Florida. According to the arrest warrant, the defendant will answer charges of grand theft of a firearm and two-counts of attempted aggravated battery on a pregnant person after investigators say he attempted to electrocute his estranged wife.

Shorstein informed local Historic City News reporters that after previously being convicted at trial of the first-degree murder of Nicole Elise Bush with a firearm as well as armed assault during the burglary of the dwelling, and the prior death sentence recommendation of the jury, the Honorable Judge Howard M. Maltz sentenced Sean Alonzo Bush to death today in St. Augustine.

Media Relations Officer Brittany Kershaw reported to Historic City News Saturday that two fugitives from St Johns County were apprehended Friday at a residence located in Palm Coast. Both were booked into the Flagler County Detention Facility and then returned to St Augustine.
The 74-year-old Hilton Head Island man who fled the scene of two November crash scenes, James Rex Voorhees is in jail at the Flagler County Detention Facility after being extradited from South Carolina.
On December 11th at approximately 6:00 a.m., officers arrested, James Edward Rattigan, for driving under the influence in the area of the North Interchange of North Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Perpall Avenue area. Rattigan was transported to the St. Johns County jail.
