Flagler honors Public Administration graduates
As a Flagler College graduate, I am pleased to report for Historic City News that more than 360 local students have earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the independent, four-year, comprehensive baccalaureate college.

With qualifying for St. Johns County commission seats still weeks away, the four declared Republican candidates in District 2, thus far, appeared before members of the Republican Club of St. Augustine, and Historic City News was there.
The St. Johns County Southeast Branch Library will host a special screening of the new Smithsonian documentary “Soul of a People: Writing America’s Story” on Saturday, May 22nd at 1:00 p.m.
Local Historic City News reporters learned that earlier today, a St. Johns County Grand Jury indicted a 44 year-old Hastings man with a third charge of murder in the March 1994 murder of Katherine Walker.
I have to admit that I grew up here in St. Augustine, therefore, I am a product of the St. Johns County school system and have never claimed to know everything — however, some things completely befuddle me.
The St. Johns County Engineering Division notified Historic City News local reporters that they will host a public meeting on Thursday, May 20th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hastings Community Center located at 6195 South Main Street in Hastings regarding a proposed bridge replacement project on East St. Johns Avenue; east of Hastings.
Local reporters at Historic City News congratulate students from the SJRCC nursing program who were recognized for special achievements including two St. Johns County residents Nancy Aristimuno for the Florence Nightingale Award and Tina Dalton for the Academic Excellence and Outstanding Student of the Year awards.
