Boles’ defeat means Monday is last meeting as mayor

After losing in the General Election to Lincolnville resident, Nancy Shaver, outgoing Mayor Joe Boles will preside over his last meeting of the St Augustine City Commission Monday night, November 10, 2014. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, Historic City News was informed that there will be no second meeting of the commission in November.

Heart has never been a band that shied away from its musical influences of the 1970s and it performed a brilliant mix of cover tunes interspersed with its own mega-hits that kept a sold-out crowd on their feet most of the soggy evening last night at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.
