The St Augustine Community is encouraged to participate in this week’s three day, three event kick-off of the city’s mobility initiative scheduled for Wednesday through Friday, June 8, 9 and 10.
St Johns County Emergency Management spokesperson, Kelly Wilson, reported to Historic City News that county operations are winding down for events related to Tropical Storm Colin.
The Times-Union building, a Jacksonville landmark along the north shore of the St Johns River and anchor to the city’s ever changing skyline, is being sold according to an e-mail communication sent to Morris Publishing Group employees Saturday night.
The Emergency Management Division is reporting to Historic City News that all departments are proactively monitoring the progress of Tropical Storm Colin and preparing for the impact it will have on our community.
Historic City News was called this morning when, at about 9:20 a.m., Flagler County deputies were called to the intersection of Cypress Point Parkway and Cypress Edge Drive to assist a native Palm Coaster who decided to cross the busy commercial highway.
