Historic City News reporters learned that the Florida Cattlemen’s Association joined the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association in filing a lawsuit yesterday, April 28, 2011, challenging the Environmental Protection Agency’s determination letter and final rule establishing “numeric nutrient criteria” for Florida’s lakes, rivers, streams and springs.
