Wuellner, Executive Director of the St. Augustine – St. Johns County Airport Authority, passed the word along to local reporters at Historic City News that at the final public hearing September 20th, based on an Attorney General opinion, the millage rate for the Authority is expected to be eliminated altogether for this coming tax year.
