One church in St. Augustine is offering a new event to participate in this Halloween according to an announcement received by Historic City News from Communications Director Barb Hanrahan.

Historic City News has learned that a public relations group at Flagler College will present “Believe in Baracoa” from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28th at the Gamache-Koger Theater in Flagler College’s Ringhaver Student Center.
