There is nothing as chilling as listening to the playback of an E-911 call — especially when you already know that the outcome is going to be the murder of one victim and the attempted murder of another.

Wilfred Rivera, a Licensed Recovery Agent in Florida since 1999, went to the address of 51 year-old Jesse Elorde Ramirez yesterday to repossess his vehicle — instead, Rivera was murdered.

Jesse Elorde Ramirez shot two men at his residence located at 1040 SR-16 in Saint Augustine last night, according to an arrest report filed with the Historic City News desk just after midnight.
