SJSO Media Relations Officer Kevin Kelshaw reported to Historic City News this afternoon that a drowning victim has been transported to an area hospital for treatment following the discovery of his body in the Atlantic Ocean.

Sgt. Charles E. Mulligan reported to Historic City News that detectives with The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office Robbery-Homicide Section have arrested a Corrections Deputy following an altercation that occurred in the early evening hours July 8th.

Diane Katz Santarelli who resides at 268 N BARTRAM TRAIL was arrested today on (4) liquor possession counts, (1) count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and (2) counts of negligent manslaughter according to information distributed to Historic City News.

The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office reported to Historic City News that deputies responded to a reported Sexual Battery incident late Thursday afternoon that allegedly occurred Wednesday evening.

Historic City News has learned that a 51-year old former St. Johns County resident was arrested on charges of capital sexual battery and lewd and lascivious behavior today stemming from incidents that occurred over a year ago.
