Teenage boy attacked in parking garage
St Augustine police were called to a business on St George Street last night at about 6:30 p.m. after a 25 year-old deaf man reported that he had been sexually battered at the Historic Downtown Parking Facility.






The men and women of The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office reported to Historic City News today that they are saddened by the passing of former Sheriff Neil J. Perry.

At 10:08 p.m. last night, Historic City News reporters in St Augustine were informed that the Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of a crash where a 2010 GMC Sierra pickup truck collided with a local man on a 2006 Yamaha Moped as he headed north on SR-A1A.
St Johns County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, Cpl. Catherine Payne, reported to Historic City News this morning that an arrest has been made in the January 28, 2007 murder of Clark Edwin McWhorter.
