Slow Food conducts Tour de Farm Sunday
Slow Food First Coast reported to Historic City News that this Sunday, nearly 20 different farms, vineyards and produce markets in St Johns, Putnam, Flagler, Duval, Nassau, Baker and Bradford counties will participated in a free Tour de Farm.

Mobile meth-lab lands three in local jail
Historic City News has learned that at about 1:30 a.m. this morning, a man and two women entered the CVS Pharmacy located at 175 SR-312 in St Augustine and attempted to purchase a quantity of over-the-counter medication containing pseudoephedrine.

“Naked playground man” goes back to jail
On April 11, thanks to a reader who snapped a photograph and provided the information to Historic City News by e-mail, 48 year-old St Augustine resident Vincent Emmanuel Tristram, was identified and arrested for indecent exposure — two days later; on Friday 13th.

Arrest after computer store spots child pornography
A 51-year-old truck driver, who resides on US-1 in Bunnell, took his computer to a Palm Coast computer repair shop on October 1, 2010, signed the repair contract, and left; only to return five minutes later because he said “he needed to delete some files”.

Vicky Oakes, Supervisor of Elections for St Johns County, reported to Historic City News that she and members of her staff will be busy registering new voters and answering questions about early voting, absentee voting or helping you to update your address if you are an existing voter.
