Sex offender arrested in child porno investigation
Historic City News crime reporters have learned that a child pornography investigation in St. Augustine has resulted in one arrest of a convicted sexual offender; 41 year-old Justin Stephen Frazier, who resides at 2242 Dellwood Avenue in Jacksonville.

St. Augustine resident Megan Watkins is getting some help from A1A Ale Works, located at 1 King Street, tomorrow evening when they host a Tapping Party from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. to benefit the 19 year-old local girl who suffers from a malignant brain tumor.


In a decisive 5-0 vote this evening, Historic City News reporters watched as St. Johns School Board members ignored an ultimatum by South Street resident and business owner, Judith Seraphin, who declared that plan “E-revised” is the only plan that preserves and protects the rights of Lincolnville residents in the redistricting proposal.
This afternoon’s agenda may be short, however, Historic City News has received word that the St. Johns County School Board special meeting will be well attended — prompting the district office to move the meeting from the Superintendent’s Conference Room into the larger School Board Auditorium.
Historic City News was informed by Captain Conrad Matt that the St. Augustine Garrison, a local re-enactment company formed in 1984, heads to Fort King George State Historic Site in Darien this Saturday for the Debatable Land Encampment.
The St. Augustine Maritime Heritage Foundation announced to local Historic City News reporters that on Thursday, they would re-establish a boatyard in the actual area where, four and a half centuries ago, boats and ships were likely assembled and repaired.
