United States Attorney Robert E. O’Neill and James Casey, Special Agent in Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, announced to Historic City News the unsealing of a fourteen-count indictment today charging Lydia I. Cladek with Wire and Mail Fraud and Conspiracy to Commit Wire and Mail Fraud.

Detectives in Palm Coast are investigating an armed robbery that netted the robber several hundred prescription pills and occurred at the Winn-Dixie pharmacy on SR-100 yesterday morning.

Public Information Officer Debra Johnson told Historic City News reporters that a Flagler County Sheriff’s deputy escaped serious injury early this morning after his patrol car rolled over while he was enroute to a call.

In an emotion charged appearance before Historic City News and other reporters, Sheriff David B. Shoar announced the arrests of five out of six St. Johns County men wanted for child pornography law violations — and he vowed, “We will not stop”.
