It’s Election Day and Historic City News is following the three state races that affect St Johns County residents.
In the Senate District 6 race, voters in St Johns, Flagler, and Putnam County will decide who goes to the General Election.
Before the precincts started coming in, the results of absentee ballots and early voting ballots.

St. Johns County Communications Specialist, Jessica Hamburg, informed Historic City News local reporters that, with the New Year, communications will be enhanced with the launch of social media accounts with Instagram and YouTube.

CONSERVATION… The Senate Agriculture Committee discusses the recently passed Amendment #1 and receives an updated on the Apalachicola River Basin and Bay 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in room 301 of the Senate building. The committee will also look at Florida’s bear population, as FWC considers allowing bear hunting as a population management tool.
