Legislators will not appeal adverse gerrymandering ruling

House Speaker Will Weatherford and Senate President Don Gaetz reported to local Historic City News reporters today that the Florida Legislature does not plan to appeal the ruling that struck down the state’s congressional map drawn in 2012.
