Motorcycle crash on SR-A1A leaves 28-year-old driver dead



Tuesday morning, August 9th, Historic City News was informed by a passing reader that St Augustine police had cordoned off the Mark Lance Armory, located at 190 San Marco Avenue. Originally reported as a burglary, it was later determined that an attempted arson had occurred.

Historic City News learned of a multi-agency investigation into the manufacture and selling of methamphetamine in St. Johns County today which has resulted in the issue of 67 arrest warrants for 54 suspects. As of today, 45 individuals have been arrested and nine are still being sought.

Historic City News learned that on Wednesday, July 20th, after having completed a routine 24-hour shift as a St Johns County Fire Rescue Paramedic, Pete Accorti decided to see a doctor because he had been experiencing extreme fatigue.
