SAFFARI Animal Rescue turns animals over to Humane Society
Historic City News learned that earlier today a search warrant was served on SAFFARI Rescue at 53 CR-330 in Flagler County after three allegations of animal abuse were reported. The shelter houses dogs, cats, and at least two pigs.

Surveillance video was released to Historic City News today of two men as they burglarized the Dunkin Donuts, 7400 block of US-1 North, near Palencia at about 9:20 p.m. on the evening of June 30, 2016.

Flagler County Sheriff’s Director James Troiano cautioned Historic City News readers that 52-related car burglaries occurred overnight and early Thursday morning at four locations in Flagler County.

At about 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning, Historic City News was informed that an armed gunman entered the lobby of the Holiday Inn on North Ponce de Leon Boulevard and robbed the desk clerk of an undisclosed amount of cash.
