Burglary ring may be shut down
Historic City News crime patrol reporters have received word that four South Florida men have been charged in connection with several home burglaries that occurred in Palm Coast; however, they may be responsible for others throughout the state.

An antique steamer trunk was removed from the rear of a vehicle and stolen according to a report received by Historic City News from St. Augustine Police Corporal Charles Simpson.

Jaxport chairman convicted for corruption
US Attorney Robert E. O’Neill reported to Historic City News that a federal jury found 51 year-old Tony Devaughn Nelson, former Chairman of the Jacksonville Port Authority, guilty of thirty-six corruption related charges.
