Northrop Grumman St Augustine assigned contract share
The US Defense Department told Historic City News reporters that the Naval Air Systems Command has awarded a $781.5 million modification to a previously awarded defense contract to Northrop Grumman — the company says nearly 20% of the work will be completed in St Augustine.
Cladek guilty – sentencing within 90 days
Historic City News has learned from the office of United States Attorney Robert E. O’Neill, that 67 year-old Lydia Cladek who at one time lived in an oceanfront mansion at 189 Sea Colony Parkway in St Augustine Beach, has been convicted by jury on all counts of wire, mail fraud and conspiracy.
Lifeguard tryouts this Saturday
Marine Rescue Lieutenant Jeremy Robshaw, reminded Historic City News that St Johns County Fire Rescue will hold its annual lifeguard tryouts for the 2012 beach season this weekend.
