Bus driver discovers mobile meth lab
Kevin Kelshaw reported to Historic City News today that investigators are attempting to locate the owner of a backpack that was discovered on the side of the road this morning — however, it’s doubtful anyone will claim it.



St. Johns County Sheriff’s media relations officer Kevin Kelshaw informed Historic City News that a couple living in Hastings have been arrested and charged with producing methamphetamine and child abuse.
Willie F. Brantley, Jr. and David Renwick, owners of The British Pub located at 213 Anastasia Boulevard, reported to Historic City News that their manager was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash while she was closing the pub in the wee hours this morning.
St. Johns County Sheriff David B. Shoar is asking Historic City News readers for their help in identifying and locating two criminals involved in a pair of armed robberies of delivery drivers during the evening on Monday.
U.S. Attorney Robert E. O’Neill announced to Historic City News today, that U.S. Magistrate Judge Joel B. Toomey sentenced 22 year-old Scott Anthony Hill and 20 year-old Fang Chin Tsai, both of Jacksonville, to serve 24 months’ probation, including one month of home detention, for malicious damage to United States property.
A large number of arrests and crimes involving sexual offenders and predators have been reported to Historic City News in recent weeks; enough to warrant looking a little deeper into the sex offenders residing in St. Johns County.

A female victim who reported to law enforcement officers that she was fondled as a child and forced to have sex as a teenager, has named a St. Johns County man as her molester; according to an arrest report received by Historic City News.
