Colgan recognized in debut of Anthology
Coordinator of Public Information, Priscilla N. Proctor, reported to Historic City News that Flagler College senior Cal Colgan has been named the Grand Award winner of the first edition of Anthology; a new print publication produced by the college’s online newspaper, the Gargoyle.
