St Johns County Supervisor of Elections, Vicky Oakes, is informing Historic City News readers that any remaining new voter registrations or political party changes must be filed before the close of business today in order to apply to the upcoming January 27, 2015 election.

My family and I traveled 1-1/2 hours to your beautiful city this past weekend to see the Nights of Lights and celebrate in the festivities. We love to visit St Augustine and this was our first time visiting during Christmas.

Turning Point at Calvary completed its annual “Light of Christmas” display Christmas night by welcoming streaming carloads of onlookers as they took in more than a half million lights.
On the evening of December 18th, startled by the sound of ferocious barking, Donna Cornish told Historic City News that she felt something was very wrong as she went outside to check on her 4 miniature horses.
