On August 26, 2011, Historic City News reported that, following the execution of several search warrants and review of DNA test results, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Sean A. Bush in connection with the nearly three-month-old murder of his 35-year-old wife, Nicole Elise Bush.  Yesterday, the Florida Supreme Court upheld the conviction and death sentence.

Last week, a Jacksonville man who was under surveillance by task force deputies was observed driving a 2020 silver KIA OPTIMA when he failed to yield to the stop sign located at Aiken Street and Christopher Street.  The man, later identified to Historic City News as 40-year-old John Carlton Harry Jr, surrendered to a traffic stop conducted by Corporal Toth at Evergreen Street at Francis Street in Saint Augustine

Sex Offender Arrested for Non-Compliance, Living in a Campsite on an Island

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Unit reported to Historic City News that they received information concerning 43-year-old Brian Thomas Roy, a registered sex offender who was not living at the transient residence listed on his sex offender registration paperwork. As a transient resident, Roy is required to report in person to the Sheriff’s Office every thirty days. His last check-in was March 12th.
