Florida housing leaders applaud full funding for housing trust funds
Governor Ron DeSantis announced to Historic City News on Tuesday that full funding is provided in what he calls his “Bolder, Brighter, Better Future Budget” for state affordable and workforce housing programs. To applause from Florida’s housing leaders, the Governor recommends providing $387 million to the affordable housing trust funds — $119.8 million for the State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) Program and $267.2 million for the State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) Program.

Nao Santa María scheduled to arrive today, November 22

Free Park-and-Ride shuttle returns for 26th Annual Nights of Lights
The City of St. Augustine kicks-off the 26th Annual Nights of Lights season on Saturday, November 23, beginning at 4:00 p.m. with a Showtime USA dance troupe performance in front of City Hall, followed by the All Star Orchestra in the Gazebo at the Plaza de la Constitución at 5:30 p.m.

Developers sell Fish Island to State of Florida today

Mother warns others about frightening encounter with man photographing her child
