Historic City News was notified by the Florida Department of Transportation Public Information Officer, Allen Nelson, that traffic will be impacted at the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations where roadwork is being conducted.
The Florida Bar, the state’s guardian for the integrity of the legal profession, announced to Historic City News reporters that the Florida Supreme Court disciplined 15 attorneys in recent court orders. They disbarred four, revoking the licenses of seven, suspending three and reprimanding one. One attorney was also ordered to pay restitution. Disciplinary revocation is tantamount to disbarment.
Tuesday morning at about 10:00 a.m., Florida Highway Patrol information officer MSgt. Dylan L. Bryan reported to Historic City News that a pilot made a hard landing on takeoff from the Northeast Florida Regional Airport.
By the close of business Tuesday evening, the St Johns County Commission had unanimously approved a Fiscal Year 2020 budget that tops $917 million.
